Realization

 

 

Goals of the assignment as well as an organizational framework are determined with the company before an interim management mandate is started.  

 

Milestones are set for the conceptual and operational activities of the interim manager, accompanied by regular progress reporting to the executive management and  the supervisory bodies or company owners , as required. The assignment may expand to the initial introduction of a successor into his/her company-specific tasks and duties.
